You don't have time to slack if you only have 4 months to lose 30 pounds. Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you consume, log it. Stay within your caloric goal. 95 % of loss is what you consume. Tighten up and remember your goal. Everytime you think about slacking, think about you in your wedding dress or tux.

I walk right past samples. Don't have to worry about it. Im determined to stick to my goal. That's just imoho. Too many nibbles may not get recorded correctly defeating the purpose and derailing/stalling the goal. I'm in it for gold this time.

Shes only a few days in with logging. Once she gets the hang of it, she will make better choices. There is nothing wrong with gogurt for that matter. Its the quantity. Opt for better choices like grilled chicken if you like kfc. Go into your nutrition tab, check your sodium intake. Kfc is sodium laden. Keep on logging!

You can change the titles tabs to read fasting.. (fasting instead of breakfast. It works on all meals.) Change to what ever you want. I also fast. Skipping breakfast only because most days I am not hungry until close to noon.

Not true. My fibit calculates yoga, it has a heart rate monitor. Fibit is NOT a glorified pedometer.

Are you weighing your food with a scale? You can eat all the right things, however you do need a deficit to lose. Two weeks is too short of a time for some to lose anything. Also if your exercising you could be retaining water.

I have to agree! We are the most critical to ourselves. I get what you're saying OP. There are days I wake up feeling thin then pass the mirror..telling myself, "man you have a ways to go." Well halfway. Meh. Lol

I gave up drinking Pepsi. 25 years of drinking at least 4-24 ounce bottles a day. Switched to vitamin water O as a substitute and have been drinking it for over 8 yrs.
