  • I try to but I go overboard. All the time. I allowed myself a magnum ice cream and ended up then eating half a jar of Nutella. Yesterday I allowed myself some biscuits but ended up eating a big slice of cake.. No self control
  • If you're weight training at all or even doing exercise you could be adding muscle mass? That's only if you're sure you're still at a calorie deficit. X
