Sorry I missed your question. I lost 15 pounds before doing the 24 day challenge. I have managed to maintain and keep it off for 3 months. Now I'm working on my next 15 so I feel like it's been a success! I have another 60 pounds to lose so if I can do it 15-20 pounds at a time every 3 months, I'm going to get there...

My goal is to give me that boost to keep going. Definitely a short term goal to maintain my long term goals of a good lifestyle. I love the results I had before. I definitely know how to eat right and I am consistent in exercise...Just have to keep going
