I'm baaacccckkkk this week. Finally feeling a little better, so I'm hoping my exercise will be better. I really got knocked down with bronchitis. Whew! Happy Monday, everyone!
-
Thanks for all the well wishes. Diagnosis is bronchitis. Just trying to get better, but it's taking a toll on me. My minutes will be lacking this week. I think my interview went well, though. I will know more next week.

Hey guys! Still not feeling well here. I feel worse today than yesterday. No appetite and horrible cough still. Send prayers and good thoughts my way. Despite being sick, I have an interview for a nursing position on the mother/baby floor at my local hospital at 2 pm. I really want this job, as I love women's health…

@briwashington5 I'm glad you're feeling better. Thanks for all the well wishes. I didn't do much yesterday. But I'm going to the park today with my girls, so I'm going to get my walking on. I hope everyone has a good Tuesday!

Sorry guys. I've developed a nasty cold with cough, so I didn't get any minutes in today. But I did everyday the rest of the week. Thanks to all those that are doing so much today! I hope I feel better tomorrow.

Great job so far, everyone!
-

@GSwizzleGary, wow, that's quite the weight loss journey. We're happy to have you on our team. @Dex_ you're minutes have been added to the group
-
I can try to add you. Have you logged any of your minutes this week?
-
Feel better! It's hard when you don't feel well to do anything but rest! That's why we're a team, we support each other.
-
@TangledThread, awesome job! I'm not doing well on the no sugars, but I'm definitely more active this week, trying to get my minutes in for the team.
-
How's everyone doing? I'm not having a great eating or exercise day. And I have a banquet to go to tonight, so it's only going to get worse, but tomorrow is a new day. And we're going to a park tomorrow, so I know I'll have lots of activity!

Ok, maybe a stupid question, but what are arm punches? I'm on day 2, and I did 15 seconds of punching the air. It just feels stupid. Can someone elaborate?

Accountability Challenge Team 10 I'm a little late on posting, but I've friended everyone and encouraged at least one person everyday so far. Monday- done Tuesday- done Wednesday- done

Good idea! I'm struggling to log all my food for the day.

I haven't tried it yet. I'm not much into dancing, but I think my three year old would enjoy watching me!

This looks very good!

I just started. Day 1 done!

Hey everyone! Didn't tell you where I live, but I am in Charleston, SC, and it's supposed to be in the 70s and sunny here. Lots of walKing planned for my exercise this week! I'm excited to get started.

Hi everyone! My name is Zerlinna, and I'm currently a stay at home mom. I also have my RN degree @mallowbar, Yay for fellow RNs. I'm looking to just maintain my weight, work out more, and eat better. I need something to motivate me to do a better job. That's why I'm here. So nice to meet you all!
-
I may not have signed up to be on a team, but I would like to be added. I didn't see my name. Thanks!

My email is zerlinna.shannon@gmail.com

Mallowbar, I can't add my info to the spreadsheet, even after downloading the sheets app? Can you help? I'm on my android phone.

I'm new to this group! Been a part of MFP since I was pregnant with my 2nd child in the fall of 2014. I had gestational diabetes and loved MFP for tracking carbs. I have fallen off the bandwagon some since then. Although I'm looking to just maintain my weight, I'd like to be healthier overall (i.e. make better food…
