Haven't posted in several days, and I've kind of lost count, but I've actually been doing pretty well with no LNS. I've occasionally had snacks after dinner but they've been pretty light.

So, I snacked after dinner last night, but I gave myself 4 nights allowance on that, so I used 1/4. Me: 7* LNS: 0

Me: 6* LNS: 0 I'm doing really well on not LNS. I brush my teeth after I put my 3 and 1 yo to bed. But my problem now is that I'm still overeating at dinner time and going over on my calories. Why can't I be good? Anyone have any advice?

I haven't been doing really well throughout the week, and the scale is showing it. But I'm getting back on track. It was really rainy here this week, but it was beautiful today! So sorry you're not feeling well. I hope you get some answers. I've been away on a mountain vacation this weekend, so although I've not been commenting much, I did get a lot of active minutes this weekend from hiking. It was a beautiful vacation in the mountains.
