Hi! I need to lose 88lbs. I'm 5'4 and weigh about 223 lbs. I'm tired of feeling ugly and not living my life the way I'm suppose to! I don't go out with my friends or take pictures because I'm so ashamed. But now I want to feel beautiful so I'm taking the step to change my life!(:
