Had takeout food and beer last night and it showed up as a whopping three pound gain today on the scale! I guess the food had a lot of sodium. I will be logging more carefully this week.

Hello everyone! Excited to join this new challenge. I have about 30 pounds to lose total. I will enter my spreadsheet info tomorrow when I weigh in.

Dropped 1.4 pounds, I was expecting a little more considering I followed my plan perfectly but its ok. I guess it is better to take it off slowly. I do feel better physically. I did not think 1200 calories would be enough to sustain me but I haven't had any serious hunger issues.

Hello. Lisa from Pennsylvania here. I have about 25 pounds to lose and I am serious about it this time. I slowly packed on over 30 pounds after quitting smoking multiple times. I actually quit for good this time! I've always been a healthy eater, portions is the problem for me. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can…

Hello. So far I have done the best I have ever done on here. I've been logging every meal and keeping just under my calorie goal. I am really proud of myself and I hope to keep going. Being in this challenge is a huge motivation for me. I'm so glad I ran across you guys and joined!

After quitting smoking multiple times over the last few years, I went from 115 pounds to 150 and my weight was steadily going up. I had to buy new clothes different times. All my scrubs for work had to be replaced. I was devouring more food than I needed and drinking alot of calories in alcohol. It hurt when I sit with my…

Throw some root veggies in a crock pot, put a whole chicken on top, add whatever spices you enjoy ( I like tarragon, salt and pepper), a little water, maybe a half cup, put on low. Done in about 6 hours. Check with a meat thermometer. Tender and delish! Save the bones when you are done and throw back in the crockpot for 24…

Hoping to get back to my happy weight of 120. Please feel free to add me as a friend! I am set at a 1200 calorie goal. I do not log plain non-starchy…

Hello everyone. My main goal is to stick to my calorie goals or just under and avoid night eating . My stressful job used lead my to a few beers and snacking after midnight when I got home from work. Now I have been avoiding alcohol and enjoying herbal teas at night.

Hello everyone. I'm 35 from Pennsylvania. I am not the greatest hunter...but friends and family keep me well stocked. Any low calorie ideas to cook deer? I fry up steaks, use the burger in just about everything like spaghetti, sloppy Joes, tacos, chili. Also make basic roasts with potatoes and carrots. Any new and…
