I eat a lot of the same things over and over. Oatmeal in the morning , a piece of fruit or yogurt for midmorning if oatmeal doesn't hold me to lunch. Since I will never have a thing body lol. I wear either Werner no show boy shorts or delta Burke boy shorts that are like silky microfiber feel. Very comfy.

I weigh the first day of every month. I make myself stay off the scale . It messes with my head to much. My goal is 5lbs a month so far since July,1 I have lost 22lbs.

I take mine with sugar free caramel creamer or sugar free peppermint mocha creamer. I don't like my coffee really strong and if the creamer is sweet enough I don't need added sweetener

We eat Mexican food at a small family owned place here . my favorite is what they call salad bowl. Its lettuce with veggies , grilled chicken, grilled pineapple and avocado. I pour salsa on it instead of cheese they normally serve with it.

I log everything. The good, bad and ugly. I have found if I don't have it at hone I don't eat it as much. So when I want ice cream instead of buying half a gallon I buy a Jr frosty or small soft serve ice cream cone. Or I make a pan of brownies eat one and send the rest to work with the hubs. I like to eat my calories not drink them. Only exception is protein that I add a little frozen fruit to. Bread , I really don't miss it. Don't eat a lot of sweets except a junior size Wendy's frosty. That normally is enough for me when I have a sweet craving.

It was around 30ish lb that I started noticing a change. I started at 370 down to 320 and got a lot more to go. Its a slow go for me because of my health but I will get there.
