To hit 285 by cruise end of Feb. Started in July at 337.

I started at 337 now at 299 and just now started noticing my clothes getting bigger and my face in a lot thinner. Other people have noticed but I don't really notice a change in the mirror.

Mine would be homemade biscuits with chocolate gravy and bacon. Or Chinese buffet. I don't want to think about the calories of either but I havent had them since July because I just can't justify either .

I don't have fibro but I do have rheumatoid arthritis which is also a autoimmune disease with chronic pain. Was diagnosed 2 years ago. Feel free to add me

I love the power crunch bars. The salted caramel is great and so is the mint chocolate.

When we go to Wendy's I normally do small chili and bake potato or half size salad with small chili. They have a good grilled chicken sandwish and normally.do side salad instead of fries. Our local Wendy's does free Jr frosty on Sundays. Its a good treat that isn't a ton of calories

5 years ago I want on the Atkins diet lost a lot of weight. 369 to 240 but it also gave me gout. First thing the doctor told me was get off the Atkins immediately. I am 5'5" 302lbs started at 337 lbs in July. I am at 1790 to lose 1.5 lbs a week. Most days I am more 1600ish give or take.

If this was true I would be 100 lbs since I have chronic pain from Rheumatoid Autoimmune Disease. Right now I must be burning alot of calories since I am flaring in my back and shoulders.

Love oatmeal, we eat it for supper some nights. I take a half of Apple , slice it and sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda brown sugar and microwave for a minute or two. Then add in oatmeal and a little more brown sugar if needed. Sometimes I add a few chopped up pecans. Yummy

My niece who has a new house this year wants to host Thanksgiving so no left overs for me. I will eat a normal breakfast, light lunch and then sit down to one nice meal with the family. Take no leftovers home.

I broke my ankle 3 weeks ago and since I am very early into my new life style I had a lot of anxiety about gaining weight. I weigh the first day of every month , so when I stepped on scale the first of Nov I was really happy to see a 10lb lose. I started at 337 July 1st weighed 305 at yesterday weigh in. Still got a long way to go. Would like to get to around 200lbs. If anyone wants to add me feel free.

I ate two tootsie roll midgets. So not bad, taking rest of candy to the guys at work to get it out of the house since we don't have kids.

When I really want chocolate I do mug brownies. I also like the nature valley chewy protein bars. I have to watch my sugar intake so I use sugar free brownie mix, unsweetened apple sauce ,egg and water to make my brownie with.

I weigh first day of every month. First thing after bathroom and then put the scale away till next month.

Chocolate! Hot chocolate or brownie in a mug is my go to extra calories treat.

One of my favorite salads is Lettuce Red pepper Small amount of onion Grilled chicken Grilled pineapple Cheddar cheese cubes (1oz) And for dressing I add a little salsa

The hubs cooks on the grill several items and we use the vacuum sealer and portion meats out and freeze them. Same thing with crock pot meal. I always have chicken, lean burgers, soups, stew, chilli, spaghetti sauce in the freezer. To me with my meat done and just needing heating is half the battle and can get supper on…

Thanks. We have used several of the sugar free creamers for stuff like this. My husband made one of those low calorie mug cakes and poured just a bit of sf marshmallow caramel on top after it was done. Talk about gooey goodness but without breaking the calorie bank

Add a little sugar free PS coffee creamer to oatmeal. It taste great and adds sweetness so you don't need sugar or splenda.

Normally around 300 calories. Sometimes all at once but most days a eat oatmeal early and save my yogurt or fruit for a.couple of hours. Depending on how busy my day is at work.
