  • I do a good coffee one in the morning... One scoop of chocolate PB whey protein, one tbs of PB2- powdered peanut butter, 3 tsp of instant coffee so I have my morning coffee along with my protein shake, 4 ice cubes,8oz of water and blend it.. Total calories is around 180. Sounds a little odd but pretty tasty☕️
