  • Sunday 10/07 - unknown. No scale. Sunday 10/14 - 189.4 Sunday 10/21 - 184.8 Sunday 10/28 - 184.8! Holding steady. At least it’s not gone up! But I would have liked to see 183.8. Lol. Next month for sure! I’ve been a very good girl. No cheating in 21 days! The weight has to start moving soon.
