We love Egg Roll in a Bowl at our house! Newest meal is steamed broccoli(I do like mine a little on the firm side, not mushy) Taco meat and then chili con queso/queso blanco. I've found a recipe to make the cheese sauce myself to leave out all the preservatives and fillers too!

Dr. Berg on Youtube, taught me everything I know. I've dropped weight like crazy, but in a healthy way. No MLM, no processed food, no crap. Real food, eaten at specific times, using science and the human body to do all the hard work. Best of luck!

I have a strange new obsession with slices of cucumber with "Everything but the bagel" seasoning from TJ's sprinkled on.... helps get to my 7-10 cups of green veggies/day too!
