Because you are gaining muscle. Just very very slowly. I have been on a diet the last year and my biceps are 1 inch bigger (in circumference from 11 in to 12) since my Progress Pic in Jan 2015. But that is very slow progress.

I ate so many skittles. I got the worst stomach ache. Never again. Same thing last Halloween. I ate so much I was sickened by the sight of candy until well after the New Year. It was definitely a dieting fail.

Well that's nice and all, I'm going to continue netting between 1200-1100 because I'm a super sedentary college student. I'll be sure to let you know when I start dying.

Personally I do not eat them back. Mostly because I want to lose it faster. But you'll still lose at a good rate eating some back.

I use exercise as a means of keeping depression and anxiety away. Works wonders. I'll add ya.

I love dancing. Music moves me. I love techno and dubstep and there is no way you can sit still listening to that. I'm usually out of breath after an hour of dancing like no one can see me.
