  • I'm terrible with chocolate and biscuits in the evenings. I've done well the last 3 days no biscuits and only a tiny choc bar earlier today. I've been under my calorie in take the past 2 days and did a 20 minute high intensity exercise dvd earlier. I just hope i can keep it up! Back to work tomorrow after the 6 week summer…
