I got on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I’m trying to be more consistent with working out everyday. That way if something happenes and I miss a day it’s ok. I also do weights around d 3 days a week.

Put some cocoa powder in your coffee.

I'm in Florida too. I run at night, usually around 8. I'm working on C25K now and I am in week 6 and love it. I plan on doing some races after I've got my 5k distance down. Then maybe do a 10k plan. I have a Doberman and a jack russel that love to run, but the heat has gotten so back I've been leaving them inside.

Stretch before and after. You will probably be sore during week 1 but don't give up. I'm starting week 4 tomorrow! Good luck!

2 tbs half and half, 3 Splenda packets, and 1/2 tbs cocoa powder because I love chocolate. 50 calories and it seems like a real treat!

Maybe more stretching? What other exercise are you doing besides C25K? Maybe you are overdoing it. I'm on week 3 and only felt what you are describing on week 1.
