I was down 18 right before my wedding....then....the honeymoon phase!! It's totally a real thing and all I wanted to do was eat and drink and be lazy with my husband. So I gained a solid ten of it back. So I'm back at it!! Down two of the ten I gained. Anyway...my goal is to lose a total of 30 more!

Amazing job!! Such an inspiration. I'm just (re)starting but I've never been able to lose more than 20 lbs then I yo yo it back :( Can I ask what your daily calories have been?

Awesome!! I'm loving all the energy here! Add away! My logging and working out has been going great. I'm down about 10 lbs! Gotta keep going though! I'm resting today though as I got hit with a cold yesterday. I hope feel better enough tomorrow to get some cardio in.

How long did it take you to lose a size? I've got a lot to lose though so I'll have to probably lose a bit before I'm a true size down.

You can add me! I've got a lot to lose...goal is 50 lbs. I've decided to not get overwhelmed that I'll break it into smaller 10 lb goals. I'm logging everything and doing at home workouts.

Piyo is love hate for me but I'm actually doing a second round right now in combination with t25 as I found a hybrid schedule. For me it helps to split it between the two programs so I don't get so burned out. To be honest I sometimes dread it but I feel incredible when I'm done.
