Thanks all....feels good knowing a bad day isnt the end. I just piled up at breakfast so the guilt was starting to gaun momentun to make this day 100% bad. Resolution now is to make rest of day right

Good to know am not alone...target to lose 20 kgs has dodged me from my 20s. 38 yrs now and determined to get this under control and move to a fresh challenge. Weakness points have been vodka and slip ups at dessert section when traveling for work. I need a buddy to keep me accountable
