A small asian country just north of the equator.

Lately I have been feeling very frisky...if you know what I mean? Any idea why? Exercise? Diet?
-
Anything from 10-25% would be a good start. See how your body reacts and adjust accordingly.
-
Never heard of it. Don't care to try. Counting calories on MFP has been working fine for me.
-
Yes. More energy, better performance and actually got leaner.

You are overcomplicating things. Go back to the thread and read what people wrote about deficits and surpluses. There is no 'maximum' amount you can eat. If you are trying to build muscle you need to be in a surplus. Doesn't matter if it is IF, 6 meals a day or whatever the feeding structure is.

Where are the pics?
-
I need to try this.

@middlehaitch @WendyLeigh1119 I just wanted to say you gals look really good.
-
Not cool.
-
Yes it will. Just like biceps everyday.

You will need to figure out your TDEE. Go to scooby's TDEE calculator and figure it out. Eat a little below that number and lift heavy according to the days you put in as your activity level. You can do cardio if you want. Get appropriate amounts of protein and eventually you will get there.

Is that a falcon or a hawk?

The Costco price is by far the best. Unless you happen to find a BOGO on bb.com.

I have been a lifelong insomniac. I started take a multi, zinc and biotin regularly 3 months ago. I know the dosage is redundant but it has definitely helped establish a sleeping pattern.

With that much activity you can definitely afford 1600 calories. Perhaps even a little higher. Judging by your logging you are eating far too less for that much activity. I personally think you are on the edge of spinning your wheels. Good luck.

You do not have enough lean muscle mass to support abs. If you keep cutting calories eventually you will be between a rock and a hard place. Then you will have to work in reverse. I agree with AJ. Eat near maintenance and lift heavy. You will then have a foundation upon which you can cut.

We are saying it is some muscle (perhaps). Not all. Creating a pound of muscle takes a lot of work let alone 4 lbs. Do not get overzealous. Make sure to be in a deficit and you will lose fat.
-
You will lose weight faster. It is suggested you eat some of those calories back. I used to eat those calories and still lost weight.

I just don't understand how random internet strangers on your friend list will provide you with 'motivation'. Are these people at my house at 3 am cheering me on when i wake up to go to the gym? No. Bottom line I don't like the way look and know that I have to keep grinding until I do. No amount of friends or motivation…

Eid Mubarak to you and all the Muslims out there. Your weight increase is just a normal fluctuation. I can go down or up 2-4 lbs depending on how hard I train, sodium and host of other factors. It is not statistically significant in the long run. Just get back to doing what you were doing. Good luck.

Hey what did the mermaid wear to her math class?
-
So you will cut to 175 and then clean bulk to 200. I think you know what to do.
-
Congrats on the weight loss. One day won't make or break you. Just log the food and move on.
-
Drink coffee or tea.
-
I don't know how much you have to lose but that is very bad advice and not sustainable in the long term.
-
Yea dude I see very good progress. Keep doing you.
-
#6. I mean I have some idea but most of the time I have no idea what the hell I am doing.

This^^. Plug in your stats and don't be too aggressive with your goals if you are close to your goal weight. If you can, incorporate some weight training and stick to your MFP calorie goals. Don't make things too complicated.
