Good luck boss. It's tough out there, keep grinding.

It's pretty damn close to my own calculations and other online calculators I have used.

What about insects?

I don't know. During certain times of a month I do feel bloated and fat. My legs also hurt. I wish I knew what it was.

I am sure it can work for other folks but if I don't log I will overeat which is how I got to 230 lbs in the first place. A 3k calorie day can easily turn into a 5k calorie day which is a big no no for me. Personally I need to know roughly how much I am eating.

Doesn't matter when you eat the protein as long as you eat it. I usually eat before I lift to have something in my system and have a shake right after as I am knackered from the workout. I do it purely for the convenience of an easy meal afterwards, nothing more. 150-200+ g per day depending on soreness.

Every beginning has an end. Every end has a beginning.

Not true. I am a Sagittarius and it's pretty difficult for me to gain weight.

Well the lady at the park said I couldn't ride their rollercoaster so count me in.

Lol. The world is really starting to go crazy right before my eyes. Vegan keto diet. I can only wonder what is next.

Only their cheap creatine supplement. That's it. Not the whey. Works fine.

I would like to but my ears are very sensitive.

I don't not what I like to eat but I eat not what I don't like to eat. That should answer your question OP.

They are biased against chickens. I think chickens are glorious creatures.

Just getting to the gym was an accomplishment for me. All my training partners bailed on me today. They were too sore. Lol.

No problems really. I usually have close to 1200-1500 calories at iftar. 4-5 glasses of water. Here is the best part, I usually have to go to the bathroom within 30 mins and don't feel stuffed anymore. I guess I am lucky in that my body is working perfectly. No hunger, no dryness of mouth, no bad breath (surprisingly) and…

I have to lift after 9 pm (iftar) and before 5 am (fajr). I cannot do it on an empty stomach, my mouth dries out, light headedness and general weakness. Also during Ramadan it is recommended that you avoid strenuous activity during the day. However if you are able to exercise during the day all the good to you. I don't see…

Supposedly it is water leaving the fat cells thus having less volume in that area. It's like a balloon slowly losing air, it gets softer and softer as the air leaves. I am going through the same thing in my lower belly area even though my arms, shoulder and legs are getting leaner. You are on the right track to losing that…

Not WOW but WOWW. You have a very nice uggghh ...

Opinions are like a_s_sholes everybody has one. They said I was too fat at 230, now they say I am too skinny at 175. Lol. You can't win. I have learned to just do me and ignore everyone else. I am not even close to how I want to look and I am sure there will be more 'opinions' along the way. I just put my blinders on and…

I just wish my thing was a little bit bigger.

The time I spend working out provides a huge distraction from the negative thoughts. I still have negative thoughts, just not preoccupied with them. The discipline and routine of going to the gym has really helped. One small victory I achieved is that I don't think about suicide anymore.

I think ducks are better than chickens.

I don't know about grannies but Susan Sarandon and Helen Mirren come to mind. Damn so hot.

Well as I see it you did it once so I don't see why you can't do it again.

So it's like dodgeball but instead you throw pickles at each other?
