Hello everyone,

I've been obese most of my life (I was 325lbs by age 16), and it's been a constant point of shame for me. A few years back, severe hypertension and risk of developing diabetes, as well as several friends, pushed me to reduce my weight to 215lbs. (i'm 6' 3", so pretty good). Unfortunately a bout of chronic depression lead me to drift away from my friends, and slowly gain the weight back.
So, i'm ready to fight my way back to a healthy weight, with the goal of joining the USAF by the end of this year. I'm confident that i can do this if i stick to my short term goals, and build up a new support network.

Thanks for reading,
J

Well as I see it you did it once so I don't see why you can't do it again.
