i just walk and admire the scenery. u are moving your body weight so u are burning calories. simple. no need for all that fancy slow/fast/fast/slow stuff.

Hi YP. I'm caucasian male.57yrs. looking to lose my belly. too much beer i fear. Staying in Sg at present. walking 5-20km/day. Sg is a great safe place to walk! i want to build some muscle - no idea of what exercises to do!
