Thank you for your advices and support. It hurts but I dont want to add any more "damages". He's not an honest person and his attitude just proves it more. But damn this hurts!! But I'll try and be a strong person.

Thanks for your answers!! I have a stationery bike, I can use that for cardio right (like 30mn a day, does that sounds good?) For strenght training, which program would you recommend for a beginner.

Thanks for your help everyone. I have hypothyroid. I have blood test today so i Hope it helps to find out more. My endocrinologist didndt tell me much it was the first appointement. Ill give you the news.

I'm so happy I visited a store I couldn't go to because of my weight gain, and I tried an XL top and it as too loose on me. The "L" fit perfectly!!

Yeah I'm careful to not push it too far. Don't want to end up injuried. T25 is challenging too! I did bascially everything modified but nevermind, I did it.

I jooged yesterday! Granted it was not only jogging, it was 3mn of walking and two minutes of jogging for 30 minutes, but it was a first time for me.

I now buy bio peanut butter. "Regular" peanut butter is 10% sugar. Bio peanut butter is only peanut which makes it bettr for health. More protein and more healthy carb.
