I saw this thread and was craving chocolate so I went out and bought some. Kinders bueno? They kind of taste like twix without the caramel :P

Walk and try zumba just moving at your own pace..I'm out of shape, can't run, feel like dying on the elliptical, but I can do those things. I have a normal bmi of 21 but a low fitness level.

I've been on it 2wks and not noticing a whole lot in regards to weight loss but it helps with late night eating and cravings. I eat from 1pm to 9pm. Suprisingly not hungry during the fasting periods.
