Well I workout a lot. I usually do HIT ( High Intensity Training) which incorporates weight training, intervals, and running. I do this every Tuesday and Thursday for an hour. Afterwards I do Zumba for an hour. On Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I do 1 hour of interval training ( sprinting, lunges, squats, pushups, etc)…

I apologize. I am just beyond frustrated. I am so fat that I don't even want to socialize anymore. I hate taking my clothes off to be intimate with my boyfriend. I have just been working out so hard and eating so little for so long. I am exhausted and want to be skinny again.

Sorry , I am just really frustrated. It has been one heck of a year. At first I thought it couldn't be the drug, but then the weight just kept coming on regardless of how little i eat and how much i exercise. I started researching and reading studies, as well as looking a patient reviews. I then realized it may be the meds…

I swear if one more person tells me to exercise and count calories I am going to scream. Obviously something is up with my metabolism because of this med. I had no problems before it. I count all my calories, and macros for years. I didn't start to gain weight until about 4 months on the medication.

i COUNT my calories. Every thing I put in my mouth is recorded. I have seen both a nutritionist and personal trainer. The nutrionist agrees its the medication because I should be losing weight not gaining. So you are mistaken. I also workout intensely. My nutritionist and personal trainer say I don't eat enough. I need to…

I disagree with the people saying it is not your medication. I went through the same dilemma. I have never been overweight or even close to being overweight growing up. I was 5ft8 135lbs and gained 45lbs on celexa while working out 6 days a week and counting calories. It seemed like the harder i worked the more weight i…

Well I count both my calories AND macros. I haven't lost as much weight as others but that is mainly because of a slow metabolism due to yo yo dieting.

I am in the Navy . We don't really do much, contrary to belief. we run 3 miles on mondays and do interval training on Fridays. I do alot more working out on my own. I am afraid if i go to high i will start gaining weight again

Yes, I usually stock fruits and steamable vegetables in there. I also keep yogurt and cottage cheese. I decided to change my weight loss goals. I am shooting for 1600 calories per day for a while.I am going to see if this will help me feel fuller and be able to avoid sugar cravings. I am going to concentrate on healthy…

Ok that diary is not accurate. The only thing accurate about that diary is the weekly average. WHY? Because I have trouble controlling my appetite. I will eat good for a few days. Then one day I will binge. I will stuff my face full of the foods that I will feel bad because I have gone over my daily calories and just…

Ok so how did you control your cravings. I try to eat healthy but I crave chocolate, donuts, burgers. I usually go 6 days and then just binge on my favs. I know its wrong but the cravings get so intense. Then I get mad at myself and workout a ton. I don't really go over my average 1250 calories each week. I have struggled…
