Hey sorry, late reply, but I usually add through emails on the actual Apple Watch app. You have to have someone’s contact info which is their email hey use to set it up. I have the Apple Watch too and am confuabout challenges. I don’t see that option unless I want to add friends by email? How do you add challenges?

Have you tried PB Fit??? It’s powdered PB and it’s amazing! I put it in dang near everything. Protein shake, yogurt, cereal, etc... You can buy it at Costco I believe and a tablespoon is only 35 cals! Try it out.

Me 🙋🏻♂️! This is where I lost all self control last yeah and ended putting 30 pounds back on until I recently started back up. It’s the trifecta of downfall with food for me 🤦🏼♂️
