Thanks for the advice, everyone. I’m definitely going to make some changes and stand my ground. I know it tends to happen on the weekends so I can forewarn them but I’ll indulge every now and again. Thanks again for giving me this push in the right direction! <3

As bad as it sounds, friends and family buying/making me food can really throw off my whole diet. I don’t have the guts to refuse them because they’re just trying to do something nice.

As a med lab tech in training, I got excited when I saw your values-oops! Anyways, this diet has many good ‘anti-inflammatory’ foods so I’m excited to see your C-reactive protein levels in a few weeks. I’m rooting for you! :smiley:

I’m a little late but my goal is to hit 125lbs by the end of April (I currently weigh 130lbs). I could really use the extra motivation in getting rid of these last few pounds so don’t hesitate to add me! Best of luck to everyone. :smile:
