I do handful of spinach, one banana, one cup almond milk and one tablespoon Chia seeds. It really filled me up! Maybe will try two kiwi fruits instead of banana

Just moved to Wellington from the states! Also decided to start my health kick when I got to NZ. I've lost 7 pounds in the past 3 1/2 weeks!

Every day as soon as I wake up. If I lose a bit it motivates me to eat healthy the rest of the day, if I gained a bit it motivates me to eat healthy the rest of the day! I also have started to drink lemon/cayenne pepper/honey in hot water in the morning. That also starts my day off focusing on healthy eating :)
