Thank you for your suggestions! :D For now I'm doing the one mile walk, which lasts about 20 minutes. Only with this exercise I sweat tremendously. I prefer to start small and over time increase the time / intensity of the exercise, I want to avoid hurting myself since I don't do any physical activity in a long time.…
