It's just these past 2-3 weeks. And no I don't want to open up my diary especially to people who make smug remarks just because I choose to keep it private. I see a bunch of people get help from others that don't open their diaries so you can leave if it bothers you that much. Thanks.

Yeah I'm not eating more than that. I weigh my food too. I log pretty religiously. I eat 1400-1600 and I burn 500-750 of those calories during my workouts

I look bigger I haven't weighed myself until today so I can't tell if I dropped anything weight wise.

I eat around 1300-1600 calories - veggies/greens and white meat, portioned fresh fruits, eggs, granola

I'm nowhere near my cycle right now. I know I bloat when I'm PMSing but that's not the issue.
