I had to leave my backpack with a store clerk. The clerk said the bag was heavy, but I don't think it is heavy at all. I'd estimate its contents to weigh about 13 lbs (6 kgs). I can add another 5 lbs without much effort.

It's a great site! Even just using the free videos, I can get a good workout from them.

Walking is good exercise. Sure, it might not have the effect of other types of exercise, but it does work. Just ask people who spend most of their days doing it. With walking, I tend not to log the usual walking that I do, but if I need to go somewhere that's not part of my routine, I'll track it.
