Thank you everyone for your comments, I wrote this out of frustration and I still feel frustrated. I can log things better in the app but at the end of the day I would like to be able to eat and not have to log thing all the time. I do eat heathy things maybe I do under estimate how much I am eating. But how would I know?…

I'm 5,2 and 167lbs I am pear shaped which means I have wide hips and a narrow waist along with broad shoulders and wide arms. My pant size is 12 misses and my top size is most medium but sometime large depending on the brand. Hope this helps!

Hello everyone! I'm Winny and I would love to lose 20 pounds before Christmas but I NEED HELP!! I just can't seem to lose weight and I really could use advice and motivation!
