Strange :-/ I jog at at intervals of 4.5 to 6 mph for 50 minutes 5 days a week and it gives me a burn of roughly 360 calories. I set my entry lower to account some what for over estimations so its definitely a bad entry your using

I have a smoothie every day for either breakfast or lunch, I'm not a big eater during the day so its a great meal for me. I use one scoop of my choc peanut butter powder (different brand) 1 Banana, Coffee, coco powder and extra peanut butter. Blend, its delicious icy cold!
