For me I gain about 5-10lbs. I try not to take my weight to heart during these times. The best time to weigh yourself is about 6/7 days after your period is finished, in the morning after your first trip to the bathroom. Stay strong

Thanks, everyone!! I do track everything, drinks too. I do 1500-1700 calories a day. I watch my Sodium and Sugar intake religiously. I am going from morning workouts to both morning and evening workouts. I hope it changed it up some for me. Good luck to you all
