You should be pleased with yourself, you have achieved quite a remarcable weight loss and that's easier said than done. Well done you and keep working, you are a whole lot closer to be rid of risk factors.

Like you I wasn't logging any of that but, like you, I was told that we should. I feel that my daily routine does not count as exercise, I've been doing the same thing before and I still gained weight. So I'm sticking to actual extra exercise I get.

Some of us we do talk, but I can't help or give my opinion on something I have no clue

clearly you had bad experiences before. I did not join the community for anything else other than support on my weight loss journey, and I sure hope that's why people are friendly with me

i would also make sure you change the original setting to how much % of protein, fat, and carbs you should take. If loosing weight, I'm doing 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. It does make a difference.

I believe you are not alone. We all have bad days where we just can't find the motivation to exercise or to make healthier choices with our food. But just enjoy those days and move on. They are in the past, just get back in the saddle and carry on. We all have them if it was easy we wouldn't be here talking about it.
