  • If you have injuries you need to check your training first. Then your biomechanics. The only people fully qualified to do this are podiatrists and some physiotherapists.   • No, it's not a hammer toe and having ap toe straighten out it's quite a drastic measure to solve a blister problem. See a podiatrist (foot doctor if you want)
  • If your biomechanics have been checked (by someone propeely trained like an msk podiatrist, nit just a shop assistant ) and you've changed your shoes accordingly then it's a matter of training error or running style. Maybe you need to get a running coach to check these if you've addressed everything else.
