Does anyone know of a good beginner program - cardio or weight - since I would like to start after I lost around 40 lbc. I walk once a week but would like to take things to the next level.
Please I need details program

I'm combining cardio with weights. Just started the above mentioned running program (C25K) and have been doing free weights and Body Pump at the gym. I don't just want to lose weight, I want muscle definition and tone.0
