I'm type-2 and log my blood sugar & insulin dosage with each meal as a "food item" so it's logged with the food I ate & put my 2hr post-meal blood sugar reading in the Notes section (my diary is public if curious). I do this so "everything" is logged in one place making it easier to make adjustments to my insulin dosages.
