Cheers Guys! For a week now I've been recording what I eat here, 1200 calories low carb, I've also did my healthy meal prep for the whole work week. Cardio everyday. Its been a lot of good stuff and scales still the same but I feel healthy and less bloated. I'm looking for more friends here to join me on my weightloss…
