Dave Asprey of Bulletproof diet found in his reasearch that some folk, including himself, sleep better when they eat a few carbs pre bed time. I dodge caffiene and try to relax/meditate pre bed to help sleep. Changing diet can impact sleep patterns but for me work stress beats diet for greatest impact on sleep quality.…

BtW my mum bought a new bra (well I dragged her out and bought her a beautiful teal coloured one). Many of her friends commented on how wonderful she looked- what had she done? Answer: had a bra that supported her D's and not let them sag. Very good for her self confidence!

@nvmomketo I hear you. I gained 5lb in 4 days! Cycling explains muscle gain weight but 5lb! Lost 3.5 in next 4 days. Carbs and I will admit treats!! Thought the cycling would burn them off. Thanks @ryanb1385. I will investigate. Mustard or older shredded coconut caused sneezing last night. Spectacular. Chicken breast n egg were other 2 foods I ate and I have had them today with salt and no sneezing. Next to try either the coconut or mustard with something. My money is on the vintage djon mustard.
