Thanks! I'm really motivated! You actually have to eat quite a lot of veg per day. It's not a meat only diet. And you can't have unlimited meat, cheese etc. It's not a bad diet and I'm sure it works for a lot of people but for me it was too restrictive. I like having variety and being able to eat anything I want just in…
