i've banned myself from certain ice cream brands and replaced it with lower calorie brands. i don't allow myself to eat bread after a certain time of a day, because it's heavy on my body, thus slowing down my weight loss

i'm black and grew up in the north and we only eat like that during family gatherings/holidays. in my household eating fast food is the huge issue

recently been doing it everyday. i like seeing the number go down. plus it helps me not binge so i can be as light as possible in the morning

since weighing daily i noticed that when i eat too much bread i gain weight. if i eat 'lighter' carbs, like noodles or ice cream, i still lose. so i try to limit eating bread. if i have something with bread i eat it very early in the day, and not past 2pm.

if you're weighing everyday then it does matter how early you stop eating. but from my experience it doesn't matter what time, if you only weigh weekly. all that matters is that you eat under. i was eating as late as 10pm and ould always lose a little over a pound a week

diet sodas, or any drink that's 10 calories or less, like diet snapple. i sometimes add dipping sauce

i stopped logging exercise because it grossly overestimates. i have a hard time believing i'm burning near 300 calories in 28 mins from low impact aerobics *eye roll*

it's possible to lose it. maybe you lack motivation because you know it's going to be torture in order to lose it that quickly

are you counting calories? if so, how many are you eating? for me, what helps is cutting out stuff like rice and breads. for example instead of eating baked chicken and rice i just cut out the rice and eat more meat (i hate vegetables). also if i have a huge craving for ice cream, i make sure to have a small meal, so the…
