yes i went through a lot in 2012. not only was i having a hard time, but my living situation made it so i was, for the most part, only eating 1 meal a day. so the combination of eating one meal/snack a day, and going through a rough time in my life is what caused me to binge almost all my weight back. :( another thing is…

i barely even drink it anymore. liquids aren't my problem. calm down dude
-
that's a scam website. youtube is loaded with that nonsense, so they can get clicks/ad money. like i said before, no one here has asked to lose 100lbs in 3 weeks. lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rxtgkb2oiY

water weight can make people look pudgy, like fat. keep up the good work
-
that's not real weight. you dont gain fat in one day
-
are you sure you're hungry, and not just dealing with cravings/thirst? i had problems with this too. i usually drink a lot of water.

fast weight loss isn't smart because most people who want to do it are doing it in a way that isn't a lifestyle change. they think it's a quick fix, instead of fixing what caused them to overeat. once you handle that, you can lose as fast or slow as you're comfortable with. and no one has ever said they wanted to lose…
-
what happened
-
''You most likely didn't gain the weight fast'' this doesn't make sense. most people gain weight slowly over the years. that doesn't mean you have to lose it that slow....by your logic a person can lose 10-15 a year ''You are not going to lose it fast and be successful'' you can lose weight slow and still gain it back
-
huh?? you don't gain / stay at the same weight from eating too little. plus you were probably eating more than you think
-
just fit the cake // dunkin donut into your calories. have a healthy lunch and dinner
-
not true. you can easily tuck the seat belt under your stomach
-
weight doesn't matter, it's how you carry your weight. apple shaped people are more likely to have an easier time getting on rides, than pear shaped. iv'e seen it happen on el toro at six flags. that ride is unforgiving to people with big legs
-
when you lost the 1.5lbs were you eating the same foods the second week, before the bbq. if you switched up your meals you're prob eating more than you think.
-
no one said she was gaining muscle. they said she wasn't going to lose fat eating that little. and i corrected them
-
girl...save yourself the embarrassment and just lose the 15lbs.
-
you're prob underestimating how much you eat
-
fat water muscle.
