@MonicaSmith98 I think u have enough time to lose 30 before July. Being head of household is so difficult because u are at the bottom of the priority list. This year I'm being selfish and decided I'm not cooking this thanksgiving or Christmas to try to help stay on track.. I do not want lbs of sugAr and butter in my kitchen

Well I can't be so active right now cause I had surgery on my foot so I'm trying to focus on my eating habits and staying in a 1200 calorie range until I'm able to exercise. I would like to lose it by June fingers crossed. Or at least be down to 150 by June which was my average weight through high school.

@turaais congrats ! I was in the 215 at my heaviest. It's took me 5 years to get down to 171... Then this year I gained 9 back. I'm on here to connect to people in my similar situation.

I've been over weight during my 20s and don't want to be this way in my 30s. I'm 32 so I need to hurry up!! I'm 180 and my weight goal is to be atleast 140 before the summer of 2016

Same here. I guess I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy, stressed, especially when I'm unorganized. It also hard for me because I'm a foodie. I'm really trying to change my habits and meet my goal especially now since I have bit more time to myself. I figure I start here to help me bet organized before I start a…
