I'm 5'9, 34 started at 223, currently 207, sedentary job and MFP gave me 1200 calories as my goal for a 2 pound lost per week.

I find that certain types of alcohol will make me hungry. Fortunately for me, white wine seems to suppress my appetite.

I have a sweet tooth, but I don't keep sweets in my apartment. If I'm at work, where sweets are plentiful, I might take a few bites and throw the rest immediately away. It is a waste but it satisifies my sugar craving and I still stay within my calories.

I didn't lose again this week. I was on track until I went to a friend's house on Wednesday and ate everything in sight, still trying to recover from that.

I am 5'9, my goal weight is 145. It is in the middle of the normal BMI of my height and according to my research is in the range of the ideal weight for my height. I haven't been that weight as an adult so I'm not sure how I would look at that weight, but that's part of the fun looking forward to seeing how that would look.

This is so true for me today. I still have 51 pounds until my goal weight and I was feeling "fat" this morning. I began running again this year. I have completed several 5ks and a 15k in the past. I have my first half marathon coming up in 2 weeks. Running definitely helps keep me sane and lose inches off my body.

I had 2 pair of work pants that were comfortable after I gained a lot of weight, because of the elastic waist. Today 25 pounds down, I am wearing one of these pants and it is falling off.(I have to keep pulling it up when walking) This is the last time I will be wearing these.
