You're doing awesome! Don't doubt yourself. I believe that as long as we are all more aware of our eating and exercise habits that we've already won. I think its a huge win that you're doing well enough to be taken off of a medication. I'm so happy for you.

I like mine with an over medium egg on top. I cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes, cut it up in cubs and saute it for 2 minutes in coconut oil and put my egg on top. So yummy! !
