My scales have broken! First they said 131.4lb hahaha I wish! So I tried again and they said 182.4lb!!! Highly unlikely I've put on nearly 20lb this week lol. You'll have to leave me out this week, I'll pick up some new scales in time for next week's weigh in :)

3.4 miles today, my longest distance yet! 16.9 miles so far this month. My pace is really slow, usually around 12.10 minute miles. I'm new to running so don't really know much about it. Is now a good time to do shorter distances and try to increase my pace? Any advice would be much appreciated :)

2.7 miles today, that's my longest ever run! 11.5 miles so far this month, not great but it's slowly going up. I can finally see why running can be so addictive :)

Second run complete, 1.6 miles today. That's 3.1 miles out of 60, a bit of a slow start but I'll get there!

First run today, only 1.5 miles but that's 1.4 miles further than I could do a month ago. 58.5 miles left to go, I don't think I've ever been so determined to succeed at something before :)
