Finally got my first run of the month after 2 weeks off with flu. Don't think I'm going to make my goal now but I'll give it a go.

I'm in for 45 miles. I failed last month due to flu but hoping to be well enough by the weekend to get out running again.

Absolutely awful run, not feeling great and probably shouldn't have run. Going to give strength training a miss and curl up on the sofa with a coffee instead.

I hit my January goal today, 30 miles with 2 runs left. Is anyone else having trouble with Strava today? My run has synced and shows up in the feed, it shows up on the weekly miles and it's added the miles to my trainers. However it's missing from my year to date miles and my total runs this year. I was so happy to hit 30…

First run in 6 days due to non-running related injury. I'm still hoping to hit my target of 30 miles this month though :)
