tons of veggies, green leafy ones and yes cauliflower too! MCT oil does not mess with me now but it did at first. maybe try some black coffee too. You will adjust it takes some time keep at it. I eat veggies at every meal just to be sure I dont suffer from this.

I also do total carbs that way there is no question and nothing to calculate. I am one of the lucky ones though who can consume up to 50 grams per day and still be I ketosis. Most days I dont hit that though.
