New to the group not so new to the eating however I still struggle with too many sweats hope to find some inspiration to try to cut dessert eating and binge eating on ice cream and candy bars!

Some great ideas to get started! I’m going to do the water challenge this week. I am a huge coffee drinker and trying to decrease my intake from 5 to 2 cups. Need replacement with water !
