If she's in a deficit, chances are she's not gaining significant mounts of muscle. 1lb of fat = 1lb of muscle? Muscle is more dense then fat. so im just replacing fat with muscle?? is that maybe why im not losing weight?

yes im counting calories, i eat 1300 a day, based on this app. I only lost 2 pounds
